Dos Toros is all about serving food that is fresh, whole, and delicious. Our ingredients have next to no added sugar (except for a teeny bit of sugar in our smokey hot sauce and honey in our lime vinaigrette salad dressing). We source 100% naturally raised proteins that are free of antibiotics and hormones, all of our locations compost food waste, and we cook our recipes from scratch.

As many of us are shifting towards a more plant-based diet, DT is more focused than ever on serving our vegan and vegetarian guests. We feel great about offering veggies, grains and legumes that are delicious, healthy, and sustainable. We recommend having farro as a base and adding pinto beans in order to round out a complete protein source. Top off your meal with some peppers and onions, as well as our sweet corn to introduce a diversity of flavor and texture. Add on our guacamole for a smooth and flavorful source of healthy fat and our crushed chips for a satisfying textural crunch.
